Cheryl Adams serves as the Director of Programs and Lead Task Force Mentor for Youth Infusion, where she oversees program implementation, supports cross-county mentor coordination, and guides youth-adult collaboration through the F.A.C.E.S. Curriculum and Youth Leadership Advisory Board (YLAB) Program. In her leadership role, Cheryl ensures that programming remains youth-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in authentic community partnership.
Cheryl is a Family Peer Support Specialist with lived and professional experience supporting youth and families navigating mental health, education, child welfare, and juvenile justice systems. Her work centers youth voice, family partnership, and practical guidance rooted in real-world experience.
She specializes in cross-system navigation, caregiver coaching, and facilitating youth-adult collaboration. Cheryl brings a strong background in strategic planning, team building, and public engagement, helping communities move toward more responsive and relational approaches to support. She is fluent in American Sign Language and holds Mental Health First Aid certifications for both adult and youth populations.

Neyda Serrano Biggs, MSW serves as a dedicated Task Force Mentor for the Youth Leadership Advisory Board (YLAB) Program at Youth Infusion. With a strong foundation in social work and family advocacy, Neyda brings decades of experience supporting children and families with compassion, structure, and care.
Prior to retirement, Neyda served as an Early Intervention Official Designee (EIOD) for the New York City Early Intervention Program. In this role, she met with families of children with developmental delays to develop and approve individualized service plans designed to foster healthy development. She collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (ST), Special Instruction (SI), Applied Behavior Analysis (SI-ABA), and Social Work (SW), ensuring that families received comprehensive, coordinated support.
Beyond her professional career, Neyda is a devoted parent, wife, and caregiver who understands firsthand the importance of strong family systems and community connection. She also serves as a Nursery Sunday School Teacher at Mountain Stream Baptist Church, where she continues her commitment to nurturing and guiding young children in a faith-centered environment.
As a YLAB Task Force Mentor, Neyda brings empathy, wisdom, and steady encouragement to the students she supports, helping young leaders build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose as they serve their communities.

Roma Bajaj Kohli, PCC is a Certified Life Coach, author, and emotional regulation expert for immigrant families. As President at YMSL (Young Men Service League, mother and son national charity organization) and Task Force Mentor at Youth Infusion, she helps parents and teens break generational patterns, navigate cultural identity, and build emotionally resilient homes.
Through her work with Youth Infusion’s Youth Leadership Advisory Board (YLAB) Program, Roma mentors high school students as they design and implement service-learning projects aligned with the F.A.C.E.S. Curriculum. She guides students in emotional regulation, leadership development, confidence-building, and goal setting, empowering them to use their voice, strengthen their identity, and create meaningful impact in their communities.

Gena Campbell is a trauma-conscious life coach, bestselling author, and empowerment leader committed to helping girls and women reconnect with their inner strength and self-worth. She is the creator of the Pain to Power™ Journal Series, a guided healing experience designed to support emotional awareness, self-expression, and personal growth through intentional reflection and storytelling.
A divorced single mother of two and a living kidney donor, Gena brings lived experience, compassion, and authenticity to her work. Her journey through adversity—including addiction, emotional trauma, and profound life transitions—has shaped her mission to create safe, supportive spaces where young people can build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. Her first journal, Is Love Even Real?, has helped countless women begin healing after loss and rediscover their voice.
With a BA in Economics and an MBA in Project Management, Gena uniquely blends structure and strategy with emotional intelligence and heart-centered leadership. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices, spiritual reflection, clean living, and a deep belief in the power of self-trust and self-expression.
As a coach, speaker, and mentor, Gena’s voice is warm, honest, and empowering. Through Girls Infused, she is passionate about helping the next generation of girls recognize their worth, trust their intuition, and step confidently into who they are becoming.
