The NEPA Youth-Led Leadership Conference is a dynamic, three-day event designed to inspire and empower young leaders from across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Hosted at the renowned Kalahari Resorts from May 6-8, 2025, this conference is a unique platform where high school students ages 15-18 come together to showcase their leadership, creativity, and passion for change.

The conference highlights service-learning projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), demonstrating the impact of youth-driven initiatives on their communities. Participants will engage in workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions led by industry professionals, community leaders, and their peers.

During the dinner, three outstanding students will be awarded scholarships in recognition of their exceptional leadership, dedication, and contributions to their communities.
