Youth Infusion is a 501c3 Non-profit Organization dedicated to engaging young people of Northeast, Pennsylvania in the process of improving communities by providing them the skills, knowledge, resources and opportunities that will foster youth voice and action and empower them to improve their lives and the lives of others. Youth Infusion facilitates collaboration with community partners, including educational institutions, businesses, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations to ensure that youth participation and action are valued.

We have a vision of building and growing a society full of educated and empowered young people whose voices truly impact their communities and the world.

• We are all responsible for empowering youth, providing them with opportunities to participate in shaping public policy, especially where it directly affects their lives and their futures.
• Meaningful service-learning activities that include Youth Voice help to build and create strong, diverse communities of engaged, intelligent, and socially responsible young people who are committed to civic action and who have a passion for learning.
• Strong, positive relationships with adults are key to the success of young people.

At the heart of Youth Infusion is a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and, most importantly, belonging. Our programs are designed to reach students facing a wide range of challenges. LGBTQ+ youth, students navigating mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, and self-harm, and those dealing with bullying, school violence, or complex home lives have all found comfort, support, and connection through Youth Infusion.

Young people need a safe space where they can express themselves freely, feel comfortable in their identities, and understand they are not alone. Youth Infusion offers that space through a unique blend of service-learning, peer-to-peer engagement, and mentorship. We focus on creating, building, and expanding programs that resonate with youth and address their real needs through meaningful peer connections and by fostering connections to their broader communities.

Our Youth Leadership Advisory Board Program and the F.A.C.E.S. Guide—Focused Action and Change through Education and Service—are vital steps in creating environments where youth feel safe, valued, and heard. Through these programs, Youth Infusion is dedicated to ensuring every young person has the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive and lead positive change in their communities.
